Vendor/Sponsor Info. Vendors and Sponsors 2025 Information. The 2025 CampEXPO is scheduled for March 27-28 in Manchester, NH. Bookings made after January 24, 2024 must be paid in full at the time. All bookings made after January 24, 2020 must be paid for in full.

Additional booths are 10% off.

Non-profits are eligible for a discount of $200 on all booths. Documentation is required during the application.

We are pleased to announce that in 2024, New England CampEXPO will offer a $300 discount to first-time exhibitors who have not previously exhibited at the show. This offer may only be available for a limited time, so book your booth now to get it!

For an extra $100, vendors can share booths of 10 x 10. Kerry can help you work out all the details.
