The German trade show specialists fairtrade launched agrofood and plastprintpack Kenya based on their extensive experience organizing professional trade shows in North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. The premier international trade show on Kenyan agriculture, food & beverage processing, ingredients, plastics, printing and packaging will be held at the new Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
This event aims to be an annual platform for valuable business connections between top manufacturers from around the globe and professionals from East & Central African Agrofood & Printpack industries. Swahili is used by the East African Community to connect six of its member countries in the African Great Lakes region, Burundi, Kenya Rwanda, South Sudan and Tanzania. Plus, the DR Congo. This region is home to 250 million people. According to the German Engineering Federation VDMA they invested 298 millions euros in food and beverage technology and 135million euros in agriculture technology in 2018.
